A word of caution, though: be careful what you do after you take the Ambien! It can mess with your memory and inhibitions. I've had sleep-sex with DH and had NO memory of the next day, but apparently I had quite the dirty mouth! I think he quite enjoyed it.

Is this the truth. I live with an insomniac. He takes Ambien and has done some weird stuff while on it. Some of it is so weird and he never remembers any of it in the morning. For him, it is opening and closing doors and cabinets as well as eating. He can talk as if he is wide awake but he is not. After experiencing this with him I decided to never take Ambien.
