- calcium for our bones & magnesium helps with muscles.
There's a ton more choiuces, but those are my main basics that I try to keep regular with.

Yes the corpse pose is good and I also listen to meditational music.
Its just that I have noticed that I'm letting my self care slip. Its been about a week since I've done any real focussed meditation work on myself so I'm slightly concerned now that I may have a touch of depression.
I can't even face the prospect of returning to work even though its just part time 3 hrs/day. I've actually started to have nightmares about people hurting me both physically and emotionally. Yesterday I tried to catch up on some sleep in the afternoon..... wish I didn't bother. I wasn't refreshed and dreamt that a person in work was trying to pick at my scar tissue?????? I awoke to find that I had rolled over onto my side and my muscles near the incisions were very achy.

I take a one a day multivit that contains Vit A,D,E,C Thiamine,Riboflavin,Niacin,Vit B6,Folic acid,Vit B12,Pantothenic acid, and iron all 100% RDA.
Wait for it...... along with Omega 3 oil and Glucosamine Sulphate.
I haven't tried grape seed extract and what is MSM?
