Book

My akathesia isn't nearly as bad as it used to be. But it is part of my Parkinson's disease. This is year 8 for me with PD, and this year the akathesia isn't bad at all. So unfortunately my story is of little help to you.

Good luck - Jean

The drs tell me they dont know why I have it (they swear its not from the drug or the reaction) but that it will just go away on its own. I'm on meds that keep it under control but if I get tired ie...do laundry or play to much w/my kids, the akathisia kicks in. I just want to know if anyone out there has had this and if it really will just go away. Feeling frustrated and alone.
