I've got a copy of Vista sitting in the box because I can't use it unless I get new "everything" almost. I've decided I'd rather buy a mac. I found some information about it just now, but have no idea if it eliminates the need for any hand movements on keyboard or mouse. In a couple of pages it mentions "reduce" hand movements. Doesn't say eliminate them but I only just skimmed the info..
Hopefully someone else will know more about it or have actual experience using it. I don't.
e.g. "It was designed for people who want to significantly limit their use of the mouse and keyboard while maintaining or increasing their overall productivity."
You can find Speech Recognition in the Control Panel of Windows Vista.
