I tried to read and understand the results of this study.
The outcome seems to be mixed? No correlation between L-dopa and Lewy Bodies but I think it showed a lower concentration(density) of neurons, at least in the ventral tiers.
Maybe someone with a better medical background can interpret this better, but at the risk of sounding paranoid, sometimes it just seems these studies are done to substantiate what someone wants to prove.
