I had watched Regis and Kelly last week and they showed Kelly getting the flu vaccine with a nasal syringe. They said it can be used for ages 6 months to 60 (or around there). Any older they suggest the needle. I thought it was great because who wants another needle and esp if you have rsd. Something interesting you might want to look into.
