Hello all and thank you all for your responses. I am getting my glucose checked..so that will bring out any results. Pred is finally started to add weight to me... not being able to exercise is killin me, just like the first time it did.

But atleast I am alive. Im having very conflicted thoughts right now about the stem cell transplant/vs going back to school.

I cant exercise and have to nap 1-2 hours a day to keep up and still at this, i get generalized weakness...so i probaby should just go through with the stem cell transplant,the wait just sucks.

Suev- I really think many doctors dont take me seriously...and I know alot of us go through that. I have not had a steady doctor ever...I was in North Carolina when diagnosed, that doctor wouldnt follow me..i switched to duke, and my physician was a regular for a year or so, then went to school in baltimore, found a different doctor there + my current neuro. Having all of this, no one asks how long ive been on pred for, or the other medicines. They all just think im okay...which maybe I am.

Im glad your friend has recovered, that is a crazy medical mystery..

I am doing okay, i do get down alot yet have to have some sort of faith in something, (not sure what that is right now) but i am ok. Im confused on what to do, and I feel like a failure at the moment. All i want to do is go back to school, and feel better. Things normal people take advantage of..as you all get very well, Im sure.

Allen, im sure that was hard to deal with, after already having a MG diagnosis...but it was expected with your family history it seems like. Sorry though it doesnt make it any better.

I do get blood drawn every 2 weeks right now, and I am coming up on my tests so I will soon see what it is.
