Welcome to NeuroTalk. I am sorry to hear of your daughter's struggles.

I don't know of any pediatric PCS or mTBI centers nor pediatric Cog Rehab clinics. You might want to check out http://www.neurotherapydallas.com/. He may have something to offer her.

But, I would not worry about the Cog Rehab yet. I suggest you focus on the migraine problems. Relieving the stress of the migraines could give her brain a chance to heal and possibly regain some cognitive function.

When I was her age, it took me a year or more to regain my memory functions. The adolescent brain is working hard during this age. Have you had any specialized hormone analysis done? At her age, hormones can be a roller coaster. Check out https://www.womensinternational.com/..._referral.html to find a specialist in your area.

Also, a good nutrition supplement regimen would be a safe addition to her healing. Search this forum for nutrition for some posts about nutritional supplements. Her brain needs to flush out the post concussion toxins. She needs extra nutrition to help her brain do so.

My best to you and your daughter.
