If you have top drs on your side - their reputation will carry more weight than a IME drs report.
Do you have a good atty representing you?
a good one should address & discount the bad info by the IME doctor.
by pointing out bad or incorrect info to the work comp side might make for a more favorable long term result.
But wc isn't an easy system to do yourself , esp if you have complicated injuries and surgeries and possible long term issues - and if you are getting the run around you need to
interview -quite a few before choosing attys to represent your interests.
