A specialist I saw wanted me to practice putting my head between my knees and then sitting back up, over and over, to desensitize the inner ear. She just did not get ti.

I've done Epley, Dix-Hallpike, Semont, and Brandt Daroff.... Nothing has worked so far. It sucks. I've learned to compensate fairly well, but still kicks my butt occasionally.
