Well, I've now been fighting my most recent bout of pain for 10 days now. It really drains a person - right Wendy? I'm hoping for a better day today.

I need to understand when to quit on my good days so I don't overdo and cause a bad day. Anybody have suggestions on that topic?

Weather here is back down to the 70's - normal for the time of year. We had thunder and lightening. The mighty weiner dog thought he could outbark the thunder!
