Don't get me wrong--we eat meat. My brother, father and grandfather were all hunters. But you play by the rules. And you don't blur the line between pets/livestock and wild animals. You don't let your livestock wander around wrecking people's gardens; you don't let your dogs chase your neighbor's chickens or poop on their lawn; and you don't take a moose/raccoon/squirrel/woodpecker home and call it a pet.

P.S. We need tougher laws on keeping "exotic" animals.
