Anyone here been on prednisone since their concussion? My dr has prescribed it to help with horrible sinus and ear problems. I took it years ago (pre pcs) and it made me jittery then. I am very concerned it will interfere with what little quality sleep I already get, among other things, now that pcs is in the picture. Also concerned about the jittery anxiousness that I think could be much worse with pcs

Thoughts? I am already on antibiotics but they haven't helped much!!
