One thing about the papaya...fermenting it yourself has incredible benefits...you won't believe it until you try it....look under post fermenting papaya for directions. It's not that hard and dehydrators can be purchased at around $30 without temp controls. It sure is worth it for me, dad and 2 friend that are making their own now. Bless You
