hello and welcome to NT.
i don't know enuf to answer your Q but i have a thought.
maybe it's time to be re-evaluated, reassessed. i don't know if you've been seeing a neurologist but you could.
or, get a 2nd opinion. it sounds like you were dx'd (diagnosed) quite some time ago; maybe something else is going on.
keep track of your sx's (symptoms) by keeping a sx journal with sx's/dates.
your dr will find it helpful.
