The best thing you can do right now is rest your body and your brain. If it was a concussion-inducing blow, you will have a quicker recovery the sooner you give your brain time and space to heal. Lie down in a quiet, dark place for as long as you possibly can, and be sure to see a doctor if the headaches get worse or other symptoms develop.
Also, FYI, nausea is a symptom of concussion. It was my first symptom and of course I didn't connect it to a blow on the head; I thought I was getting a tummy bug. So keep your eyes open for things that may not immediately seem connected to your head as well.
Good luck. Hope it's nothing!
