Sometimes the review is to see if you are getting better. I would make an appointment with all your doctors, and get an update to support the claim. I do go to my doctors on a regular basis, and keep tham informed of all that happens to me. I am a pain patient, so I kind of have to go to the pain specialist. I also make sure each doctor has a copy of the other doctors notes of the visit. This requires giving consent and all, but it is worth the trouble, to keep them all informed. I developed a new condition, and added that record to my own, so that I have copies of all information in my case. Do that record exchange in person, as if you call for a request, they don't always do it even if you sign the concent form. I wish you all the best.
