Yes, get examined, including a CT. Stop driving until your symptoms are all resolved.
You need to read up on the damage caused by sub-concussive impacts. Your brain has been injured by the repeated sub-concussive impacts. You may feel like you have recovered from your past bouts but your brain has been accumulating minor injuries that will never go away. You have likely reached the point of using up the reserve capacity of your brain. Further hits will cause increasing levels of PCS symptoms.
I hope this wake-up call has caused you to consider the rest of your life.

how do you know they've had more than 2 concussions?? getting hit in the head doesnt mean u have a concussion. only when your brain is shaken inside the skull is when it is a concussion.
