I often get up. Have breakfast. Spend some time on the computer. Then I have fatigued my brain so I go take a nap.
Are you training to fight again?
You can get your testosterone checked with a blood test. PCS can mess with hormones. Get your thyroid hormones checked, DHEA and testosterone, too. They all can get messed up.
Taking testosterone can be a wild ride. I was supplementing testosterone. I had to stop because it was making my face very oily and I was breaking out like back in high school. DHEA can sometimes be enough from testosterone levels to get back to normal. DHEA is the regulator of most of the other hormones.
