I've never heard of any issues with consuming them. Some, have internal RSD issues, but let's both knock on wood, eh?
I do eat spicy food and it seems to distract me from my RSD pain. In fact, my love of Thai food, jalapeņos, scorching hot sauce, ALL developed after I developed RSD.
