i was going to ask about this just now actually

today, i stupidly put a laptop in my lap, turned my head down SLIGHTLY and tried using my arms. my bp started to get a little needly and my hands turned completely cold

does this sound like a shoulder thing?

bc my neck wasn't hurting when i did this at all
