The only Sides I had with LDN was stiffness, at first, with the 4.5mg dose. I went down to 3mg and stiffness abated. And Vivid dreams, which I still have, once in awhile.
Some peeps have complained of insomnia in the 1st few months of use, also abated by lowering dose to 3mg. I'm on 4.5mg now with no sides but good ones..
