hmm, I just was pressing around in that area and found some definite spots....didn't realize I had any sore spots there.
But I was cutting, splitting & stacking firewood a good part of the last 2 days.
So that might be where they came from.

Tomorrow is my rest day ...
I'll work on those spots, there might be more by then anyway...

I'm also seeing how long I can go before needing to make a chiro appt, it's been since August, if I can do OK with as needed adjustments only, then I'm going to try some acupuncture for overall health balancing.
