It's very tiresome to keep going over the same process day after day. Getting up from bed after an unrefreshing sleep just to discover that certain muscles have been caught up, pulled or tightened through the night.
I'm having real probs with sleep and breathing. Two days ago I did a 10 minute session focussing on belly breathing and a 15 minute beginners session of Tai Chi ( youtube) and pain in the arms/neck seemed to get worse!!!!! What's that all about? Whether it was the extra oxygen or a different set of muscle groups being used I don't know.... but I'm not a happy bunny.
OMG.... I'm 38 and feeling the effects of a pensioners workout: DEPRESSING.

I gave alittle press to the Serratus Posterior Superior muscle to see if there was any reaction and got a burning sensation on the inside of my thumb. Not sure if it was from the actual muscle or from the c-spine as I felt it when I pressed nearer to the spine.
