I'm also seeing how long I can go before needing to make a chiro appt, it's been since August, if I can do OK with as needed adjustments only, then I'm going to try some acupuncture for overall health balancing.

thats great jomar. youre like our tos hero.
i have to do all pilates exercises lying down. shoulder strengthening i like more lying down. i wear a neck brace when i bend over to stretch bc im worried about my neck. gravity is not our friend. the more isometric the exercise for me the better.
