I thought tai chi looked interesting too for awhile, but the holding the arms outward in the slow /static positions just wasn't a good thing for me.
My blood flow still stops if arms are up at certain angles.
I suppose you could just do the leg positions and keep arms close or lower...I didn't think of that before.
My old treadmill had the finger pinch pulse thing, it was interesting to put it on and slowly raise my arms then see it totally stop registering a pulse..
