I have been using r-lipoic acid for two months now and ran out of them last week and the difference in my pain levels is unbelievable, it has went from pain level 2 to 7/8 and this is the only difference in my regime. I realised I was running out in time and ordered some more from Amazon but they havent delivered. I am going to look for another supplier just now and then i will have double in the cupboard.
In a way I am glad this has happened as the benefit crept up on me ie it wasnt instant so if I had been asked two weeks ago what effect it was having i couldnt have given an accurate answer.
