You can also get magnesium in lotion and creams forms.

When blood vessels are constricted, blood does not get in or out of those tissues easily. So magnesium in the blood from oral, may not get everywhere equally. This is where the lotions may help.

CVS Epsom lotion
Epsom-It
Kirkman cream

There may be others you can find on a Google search as well.

The Kirkman cream has a measured concentration of 100mg/gram and is a bit more expensive because of that. Many autistic families use it for small children for this safety reason.
