Jeffrey,
First, as Mark said, Asperger's is under there Autism Spectrum umbrella. Any sort of spectrum type disorder means that we all as human beings in theory fit on said spectrum somewhere.
That being said, pre-accident I was working towards my Masters in Ed for early intervention for autism. It is likely that as Mark said, you may experience some of the symptoms and assume you have Asperger's. However, based on what you've told me it's highly more likely that it is related to your PCS than having an autism diagnosis. (Ex. OCD like stuff, emotional highs and lows, etc).
I wouldn't stress over it, or try diagnosing yourself. It just adds stress that you don't need. Your PCS is likely what's at play here.
