But in other words, if you have vascular involvement with your TOS in X or Y position - how can you prevent or know if you will get a clot, embolism, or whatever? Does one wait until a BIG event like that to do EMERGENCY surgery?
Or do you consider the rib resection beforehand so you're not then stenting and doing vascular repair on top of it.
