Hello,
Daylight Saving Time in most of the U.S. ends this weekend.
Saturday night / Sunday morning at 2:00 am we move the clocks back one hour.
It will be darker earlier. We gain an hour of sleep that night.

My electronic gadgets re-set time automatically.
The rest I do manually:
~two watches,
~the clock in the car,
~three alarm clocks in the bedroom,
~the two kitchen-type clocks with big faces high on the wall that will need hubby's help.
As I type that list, I see why I get stressed about time.
