Cilostazol does look a little scary in places, doesn't it?

I get cramping in my feet associated with my PN. I found by accident that vitamin B-5 has helped this noticeably (with no scary side effects).

Vitamins

Although the medical community isn't quite sure why this is so, if you have a deficiency in B6 (pyridoxine), B5 (pantothenic acid) or B1 (thiamine), this can lead to cramping.

It's rare to be deficient in B5 (unless there's some kind of assimilation issue) but I started taking B5 with my RLA, and after adding the B5, my foot cramps lessened in frequency & severity.

28 out of 33 patients (84.8%) previously treated with alpha-lipoic acid for peripheral polyneuropathy reported further improvement after combination with pantothenic acid.
