Hi Fewleh, I commend you for coming here and trying to learn all you can for your mums sake. There is a book titled "Striking Back" which is an excellent resource for anyone with this condition. It is sold by the Trigeminal Neuralgia Association(TNA) and you could also check your library for availability as well. http://www.endthepain.org/ I think someone mentioned that its available on Amazon to, but I'm not positive about that.There is a lot of good, reliable info on their site as well and makes for good reading. There are sticky threads at the top of the forum that also hold a lot of good info. Theres alot of info posted throughout the forum so allow yourself some time to read through the forums. Take care
