We are not "hacked" without our knowledge. It is incumbent upon every member of NT to use strong passwords and to change them regularly. We are not responsible for maintaining the integrity of every member account -- that's the member's responsibility.
We do not have access to member PMs -- either to read or to delete. If you're missing PMs in your inbox or outbox, it's because either you or someone who has access to your account has removed them.
Sometimes a person can get confused (it's happened to me) about what forum one is on when one sends a message, or mistakenly thinking it was sent as a PM when it was sent as an email or replied to as a post in the forums. I would caution and encourage people to double-check and note important PMs or messages they want to save or ensure don't get lost in the future, as we all suffer from the occasional memory glitch.
Thanks!
DocJohn
