So when review time comes does he mention the depression, anxiety & IBS? OR just mention and speak about what he was approved on?
Even though he was not approved from depression,anxiety and IBS he still takes meds for all. Plus he is not working at all and see's his doctors regular, every few months.

The Surviving a Continuing Disability Review GUIDE that I believe you already read, advises that you "use the same diagnosis for which the individual was originally approved."
