Mine were lidocaine based. My foot became nice and warm and red. But they never lasted more then a week. Then less and less. I too was on Cymbalta but got no additional comfort or relief. I recently started Abilify and am sleeping so much better at night. Up to 6 hrs. which is great.
I am on Neurontin not lyrica, but I can tell you I eat and gain weight like there is no tommorrow.
