had my nuro surgeon say,,,we realy dont know .what causes tn,,as for nerve compression,,,it cant be that in billateral tn,,,nor does dental work explain it,,,its something we are not seeing,,,,tn was recorded 150 years ago,,,,no dentists then,,,,i asked him,,,does he think tn has one cause,,,he said...yes...same symptoms,same pain,same medication,,,all with differant causes,,,no,,,,why do you think people with tn,usualy have it on the right side first,,,,,its because ammonia concentrates on that side of the brain first, am no doctor,,but frontal cortex has high affinitty to amomnia,,,it has ammonia like receptors,,,,there is but one cause,,,,
