I have never had the bed spins feeling but have had many other strange feelings.
It is likely an inner ear problem. Have you been seen by a doctor or a hearing and balance clinic?
Or is it a flash back to 30 years ago? LOL
Glad to hear those habits from 30 years ago were left behind.
