Alzo,

I, too, have a small syrinx in my c-spine. It goes from C2 to C7. I was sent to a neurosurgeon who determined it wasn't causing my problems. You should see a neurosurgeon as they can determine if it can be causing problems. Get a 2nd opinion if you aren't comfortable with the responses. Syrinxs are uncommon so you may need to see someone at a major medical center who has dealt with syrinxs.
