Now i am pretty much starting to work with my therapist to realign the whole body back to the way its meant to be, may take quite a few months to get there but they said the fact that im still young works in my favour.

I've got the extra lordosis as well. I did some googling and one site recommends the "hip flexor stretch" among other things to help correct it. I presume your physio is already covering that sort of thing.
