I just got back a detailed vitamin/amino acid analysis I had done a month ago! Reading the report I noticed EPA, DPA and DHA on the omega three side are all perfectly normal (and in fact high normal) while a-linolenic acid is so low they've got it down as undetectable. On the omega six side of things γ-linolenic, DGLA, AA, DTA and eicosadienoic acids are all normal while Linoleic acid is really low. Could this be indicative of a conversion issue or do I need to eat more nuts etc or...? I
Hope this finds everyone well!
