I read your post. You have been reading ours. I want you to know I am thinking about you. You can do this too, even without excersise. It is harder, but I did it. My ankles are shot, no work outs, so it was stictly diet. Take little steps. If you want any hints, or to know receipies, or anything else i can do to spur you on, write to me. I will sure answer. You have more power in your mind that you think you do. I had tried many many times over the years, and failed time and time and time again.
