Congested traffic is a tough place to be with PCS. Far too much stimulation to be able to keep thoughts and behavior in check.
It would be best to choose to not respond to such offenses as drivers using the break down lane to get ahead.
Getting "******" is not conducive to healing. You may feel you have every right to be upset but your brain does not respond well to such stress. I used to need to go home, take a propanolol (blood pressure med), and then find a distraction to get my body and mind settled.
Now, I just choose to ignore those other people, even the ones with 'arthritic fingers.' I feel so sorry for those people who have such arthritis in their hands that they can not control one of their fingers.
We need to choose our battles carefully. Our bodies will tend to over-react with increases in blood pressure and other heart abnormalities.
Maybe you need to have some blood pressure meds on standby. Do you have a blood pressure kit? I suggest everyone with PCS have one at home. It can help you understand your head aches. They are inexpensive, less than $30. Well worth the investment. Most stores with a pharmacy will carry them.
My best to you.
