What I wanted to mention is how grateful I am that somebody (sorry I forgot who.. ) sent the link to the interview with Dr. Stoxen. This was the most important thing for me. I started looking for somebody who would do the mobilization correctly and when I heard how my spine and my first ribs "cracked" I knew that I was on the right track.
