A big task for the brain is stitching the images from each eye together so they appear as one image. This is not a eye muscle issue but a visual processing issue.

Have you been seen by a neuro-ophthalmologist?

Have you been seen by a neurologist?

What happens when you close one eye and just use the other?

Visual issues have been discussed here. Do a search for visual therapy and you will find some thread about it.
