Welcome to NeuroTalk:

People with low magnesium levels and get all sorts of twitches and odd feelings.
Low magnesium is common in PNers too.

Here is my magnesium thread on how to use and how much to take and how to choose an effective form (either food sources or supplements, or topical lotions).

http://neurotalk.psychcentral.com/thread1138.html

Please visit our PN forums, and start to read up. There are other things that may work for you. But start slowly with the magnesium first.
