I sincerely hope you get some relief. I had spinal fusions and I do know about that kind of pain. I hope you get the right direction and don't have to go through the surgery. That is a last resort to do that anyway. My pain was not controlled at all with infusions of katamine, and pain meds. I had to have some surgery and it isn't easy.
