Hi everyone, hope you're all having as good as possible day!

I have a question about some terms that my doctor used recently when filling out a form for my SSA stuff. They're all medical terms related to my physical problems, so I thought maybe It'd make sense to ask it here. I look up most of the terms and found out a good bit, but I was just looking for some input. I'm a bit fuzzy on some of them, here is what he wrote under diagnoses:

Scoliosis, Disk Herniations L1-2, L2-3. (That one is the one I know the most about, and has been what I have been focusing my treatment on.)

Herniated Nucleus Propulus
Lumbar Spondylosis
Lumbar Radiculitis
Myofascial Pain

--So yeah, if anyone can clarify on that fuzzier stuff I'd appreciate it!
