Is a personal journal really necessary for reviews? Will SSA even take a look at the journal? And being one could write whatever in a journal, how would that really hold up with a CDR? Yet at the same time, I cant call my husbands doctor every single time he gets a seizure. My husband gets one 3-4 times a week.

Thanks
If he has a 5-7 yr review he is only required to answer 6 questions. Shorter review times-I couldn't answer.
