I worked as an aide in a hospital in Rochester MN while I was in college, and learned that people who have fusions need to follow their doctors instructions after surgery, we had a lot of people who didn't listen and were back for a second and sometimes third surgeries. So, please, at least remember how painful it once was, and do not try for a repeat.
